Bayaud: “Creating Self-Reliance Through Employment”

For half a century, the Denver-based Bayaud Enterprises has specialized in providing vocational assessment, training services and employment opportunities for persons who are disadvantaged and struggling, whether the need is because of homelessness, physical or mental challenges, or any of life’s game-changing setbacks.

In 2013, Bayaud Enterprises began a partnership with the Julia Greeley Home, allowing our residents’ access to Bayaud Enterprises’s services and job counseling services.

Vicki, who was one of our first residents, worked closely with Bayaud and job counselor Lynda Drake to find the job of her dreams — and she found it right there. Vicki was hired full-time to work in management services, a position she enjoys to this day. 

Vicki is one of many hundreds of people who, each year, leave the cycle of homelessness behind and find gainful employment through Bayaud Enterprises, a powerful advocate for the community and a resource for the Julia Greeley Home.
